Any public bus or train is social capital, but very often it is defined as private property without any tax benefits. The society can own and operate public goods for profit and social wealth at the same time. The definition of the public , social property is very much needed and is very much missing from our world. We need social property that has the only mission to serve the public with a moderate profit for maintenance and expansion.
